We were founded in 2011 as the very first business to create customized wooden utensils with bright colors and graphics. We have grown from a little Etsy store run by one person, into a team of ice cream enthusiasts that wholesale our unique products, supplying gourmet grocers and retail stores Internationally.
Utensils + Safety
Our utensils are made from sustainably forested and harvested grade A birch. We hand print them in our St. Louis, MO studio. We have been tested by Bureau Veritas, and our products meet with FDA requirements and are food safe.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
We are happy to take your order here on our website, and by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not take orders by phone. The fastest way to reach us is by email.
If your order is incorrect or if your items have arrived damaged, please let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will make arrangements to replace the incorrect/damaged items. Otherwise, we are unable to accept returns as most of our items are custom made to order, and due to the nature of the products we are not able to restock and resell them. Please feel free to contact us about any extenuating circumstances or questions.
We ship via USPS within 7 business days, but often ship faster! Custom orders (orders with custom text or design) take 2-3 weeks to create before shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for domestic or International shipping times or postal issues. If there is a problem with a shipping service we will help to the best of our ability.
At the time we are not accepting wholesale applications.
